For much of my career I have served through various roles in training, academia, and international development, designing, developing, and implementing face-to-face, paper-based, and web-based learning solutions in academia, corporate, and non-profit environments. Training, instructional design, communications, content development, and graphic design have all been central to my experience. I have also been privileged to lead diverse teams and projects giving me a unique perspective and appreciation for all members of teams and organizations.
